The Central Commercial Maintenance Assessment District (MAD) is funded by property assessment payers and facilitated by Logan Heights CDC. It focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Central Commercial corridor in San Diego through services that improve cleanliness, visual appeal, and the preservation of the area’s historic character. An advisory committee composed of local residents, business owners, and property stakeholders provides oversight and guidance. Through this collaboration, Logan Heights CDC ensures that public spaces remain well-kept, welcoming, and reflective of the community’s shared values.
